What do you consider to be a high quality translation?

We believe that a high quality translation is one that makes perfect sense in the target language and also takes into account the nuances of the original.

Why only five language pairs?

We only translate into English and Slovak, because we want to guarantee a perfect translation every time. We would rather specialize in the language pairs we know best, so that the quality of our work is never in question!

Why not outsource?

All translation projects are done in-house so that we can ensure both the highest quality as well as strict adherence to tight deadlines. We believe that companies that outsource are only as good as their external translators and frankly we are not willing to take that risk!

Why do I need a translator? Is a machine translation not enough?
In a word, no! If the text you are looking to get translated is to be published in any type of media, then we would strongly recommend that you pay for a professional translation. Moreover, the translator should only translate into his or her mother tongue.

So, you never use software when you translate then?

Actually we do! We use Computer Aided Translation (CAT) software, which is basically a tool that helps us to work efficiently and use consistent terminology.

What about confidentiality?

Rest assured, we consider confidentiality to be extremely important. We would never show or discuss your private documents with anyone, whether it is a contract, a new product launch or a personal letter. We will happily sign a non-disclosure agreement if you require us to do so.
